Shipping policy

Look, I get it; you want to get your paws on your goodies as soon as possible. 

But the reality is that I'm not a well-known global retailer that doesn't let its staff go to the toilet; I am a one-woman show running a small business around tiny humans.

That being said, I will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days. During busy periods, this may increase to 5 business days. Your order will be packed with love, care and attention by a bonefide stationery lover, and I think that balances out the lack of next-day delivery.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post as standard. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class post within 2-4 business days. Your order will arrive within 4 working days at the earliest, but it could take up to 9 working days. 

Orders totalling £45.01 or more are eligible for free delivery. All other orders will be charged a flat rate of £4.

I currently only ship within the UK.
