Refund policy

Returns because you changed your mind

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. For full instructions on how to start a return, contact me at shop@rogueletters.com.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days if approved. The amount of time it takes between me refunding your purchase and it showing up in your bank account will entirely depend on who you bank with. If more than 12 working days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at shop@rogueletters.com

Refund example

  • You bought a journal for £30 and paid £4 postage, totalling £34.
  • When you received your journal, you realised that you had ordered the wrong one.
  • You contact me at shop@rogueletters.com to explain the situation, and I agree to your return.
  • You pay whatever it costs to return the journal, knowing I will not cover this amount at a later date.
  • You are responsible for the journal getting back to me in a resellable condition, meaning that you choose appropriate packaging and insurance, if necessary. 
  • If I do not receive your journal, you are responsible for chasing with the mail carrier you selected.
  • Once I receive the journal in a resellable condition, I refund £30 to the account you originally paid with.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, digital products or personalised items.
